Joyce and her husband, Rev. Bill Simmons, have been married for over 30 years and are the parents of three sons and grandparents of six. Bill is the President of the 'Foundation for the Advancement of Stewardship Training' (F.A.S.T), that assists churches with Capital Campaigns and church growth strategies. They reside in Ft. Worth, Texas.
