TO OBTAIN COPYRIGHT PERMISSION:

All information contained on this website - including but not limited to online articles, reports, graphics, data, and press releases - is the property of Patrick Ondrey International Ministries, hereafter referred to as "POIM," of Fort Worth, Texas. None of the online information may be used without following the guidelines listed below.

(NOTE: These guidelines only apply to online information and not to other types of POIM material - such as books, reports, audio cassettes, videos, or CD's. For permission to use any information contained in those non-online formats, please contact the Permission Department of POIM at permission@ondrey.org.)

• If you are quoting or referring to POIM information in a public worship service or public presentation, you do not have to obtain verbal or written permission to use that information. However, you must mention in that presentation that the information came from POIM. If a handout or Power Point presentation is used for that public presentation, the reference should include the company name (Patrick Ondrey International Ministries of Fort Worth, Texas) and the website address (www.ondrey.org).

• If you want to make copies of any POIM online information, you may make a total of twenty-five (25) copies of that item directly from our website without obtaining permission from POIM. You must not alter the printed information in any way and the website address must be clearly visible on all copies of that report or other information. If you wish to make more than twenty-five (25) copies, you must obtain written permission from POIM, Permissions Department. Please include a description of your intended use of the copies.

• For all other uses, or if you would like to use POIM information in a book or resource that is intended for re-sale, you must make that request in writing, to the Permissions Department of POIM. Please mail or fax the following information to our Permissions Department at (817) 306-8513.

  1. Contact information: your name, title, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address.
     
  2. Background information about your ministry, company or organization: organization name and street address.
     
  3. A written explanation of your intended use of the information.
     
  4. The name of the article, publication, or website in which you wish to cite the information.
     
  5. Number of copies expected to be sold or distributed (e.g. - the circulation of your magazine, the number of books expected to be printed, the number of visitors to your website, etc.).
     
  6. A copy of the "full" article, story, chapter in which the POIM information will be used. If it is more than 5 pages, please mail (rather than fax) a copy of your material to the address below.
     
  7. (If applicable) The name of the online report or article that you want to use, including the date it was released.
     
  8. Upon our receipt of your written request and accompanying materials, please allow two to three weeks for us to review and respond to your request.
