Harold "Hal" Watson is a well recognized corporate and military leader with a BS in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a MS in Management from the University of Southern California. Hal is also a distinguished graduate of the USAF pilot training and the Air War College. After serving as a fighter pilot, staff officer with the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Pentagon, Air Wing Commander and USAF Southern Air Division Commander, he entered private industry and was quickly promoted to President, DynAir Fueling and then to President of Thyssen Stearns Inc. He is currently the owner and president of Chandelle Aviation, an aviation consulting business.

Hal is also the President of Maximized Careers, a career consulting company concentrating on helping people find and succeed in productive and satisfying careers. His motto of "Put a climbing turn in your life and business" characterizes Hal's commitment to translating his very broad management and leadership experience into useful principles to help others Maximize Careers through applying God's teachings in day-to-day living and work experiences.

Hal and his wife of more than 39 years have two sons, two daughters-in-love, and two grandchildren.
